About Susann Spratt

Thank you for taking a peak! I have been in the real estate business for 30 plus years here in Klamath Falls, thus giving me lots of knowledge of how to buy and sell in our wonderful Basin. I really enjoy helping people achieve their dream of owning a home or starting out on a new adventure. Klamath is a lovely place to live, affordable yet full of all the ammenities you would see in a bigger town. I love it here, can't imagine living anywhere else. My loyal clients say they love my response time, creative thinking and get it done attitude!  Changes!! I'm not taking new clients right now, but I'd be happy to refer you to a great agent in the area. See ya soon! Be well, Be safe, Be happy! Susie
