Did I mention that Oregon has no sales tax, DMV registrations at an average of $126.00 for two years, and you don't have to pump your own gas... it's full service for everyone! Who wouldn't want to live here?! I've spent the last 25 years working for my clients with unique insight and creativity, introducing them to just the right home/property. There is no greater satisfaction and joy than helping people experience a 'connection' to HOME. When working with Buyers or Sellers, my team and I pay attention to details... we spend a considerable amount of time researching each property, and consistently communicate with our clients regarding any potential issues that could cause a hiccup in a sale.
