Together Kathy and Kevin, both of whom are long time top producing brokers in the Portland Metro Market, have formed Hall Group Properties to create a dynamic duo. Closing approximately $450,000,000 in sales the past 4 years alone, Kathy and Kevin continue to set the bar year after year with their many years of experience and local knowledge of the many micro-markets. After graduating summa cum laude with a Bachelor's Degree in communications (minor in biology) from the University of Southern California, Kathy spent approximately 15 years in the business world as a professional directing and leading the marketing and public relations efforts of a variety of entities. She completed course work for a Master's Degree in Business Administration at Saint Mary's College of Moraga, California. In addition to holding a Principal Broker's license, Kathy is a Diamond Platinum Member in the Masters Circle, the highest membership available, a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, a Certified Relocation Expert, a member of the Portland Metro Association of Realtors and The Wall Street Journal/Real Trends Top 200 Brokers in America. Her most valued accolade is the Five Star Professional, a prestigious award nominated by her many satisfied clients and real estate industry professionals. Kevin Hall is a third generation broker and Kathy's middle son. Co-founder of Hall Group Properties, Kevin is Hasson Company's #2 small team leaders award recipient and #8 overall company producer. Licensed in 2013 and a Principal Broker since 2016, he has received multiple consecutive top producer awards. He is a Certified Relocation Specialist and expert in advising clients who are new to the market. Kevin graduated from the University of Hartford in 2010 with a bachelor's degree from the Barney School of Business, was co-captain of the Men's soccer team 2008-2009 seasons, received multiple team awards, and represented the university at the National Leadership Conference in 2009.
